Our Perspective ... Big voices can come from any size crowd

With a tuition hike looming, the Board of Governors will decide the fate of the University of North Carolina system tomorrow.

The Board will vote on a proposed $600 campus-based tuition increase to make up for the recent budget cuts.

Bertuzzi, allegedly responding to an incident a month ago where Moore laid an open-ice hit on another Canuck, sucker-punched Moore and then dragged him onto the ice.

The end result? Moore is laying in a Denver-area hospital that specializes in spinal cord injuries. He suffered a broken neck, a concussion and multiple facial lacerations.
