Terriers bite women's basketball, 76-68

It was a game that was decided more by hustle than statistics.
The visiting Wofford Terriers showed that, despite its 3-18 record, the team showed heart to beat Appalachian State’s women’s basketball team, 76-68.
The Mountaineers shot only 39 percent from the free throw line in the loss and missed crucial shots near the end of the game.

Indoor track, field finishes strong at ETSU

The Appalachian State University track and field team went to Johnson City, Tenn., for the East Tennessee State Indoor Invitational Feb. 5. When the day was done, the Mountaineers totaled 28 top-three finishes and nine individual titles.
