Now not time to cut programs
Financial programs for students like Upward Bound and GEAR UP are designed to help low-income high school students attend college, but the two programs may soon be out of business.
Upward Bound and GEAR UP provide students with tutoring, mentoring and ways to prepare to enter college. Many of the student participants will be the first in their family to attend an institution of higher education.

So much left to do, learn after 21st birthday
When I grow up, I want to be wise.
I turned 21 Saturday. Congratulations to me. The government finally trusts me to responsibly purchase and drink alcoholic beverages. Thanks guys.
There’s an assertion about this age that I have commonly run across.
