ASU Police Reports

•A felony warrant was issued for John W. Rivers on Oct. 27 for embezzlement of state property.  He was accused of embezzling $1,358.42 of state property.

•A felony warrant was issued for John Edgar Setzer of Conover, N.C. It was given for First Degree burglary on Oct. 11.

•A misdemeanor charge was given to Bradley Richard York on Oct. 27.  The misdemeanor was for being a peeping tom in Cone Residence Hall.

•Six felony warrants were issued on Earl Cecil Riedly of Belmont, N.C., Eric Smith Bumgardner and Christopher Jay Summey of Gastonia, N.C., on Oct. 11. The three were charged with breaking and entering motor vehicles and larceny. There were two counts for each individual.
