‘The Appalachian’ introduces new online multimedia features, ‘Overheard at AppState’
As a continuation of the design changes found in the pages of The Appalachian, The Appalachian Online is pleased to introduce many new features to the Web site.
These additions, including video, blog and podcast capabilities, can be found on the new Multimedia tab on the homepage.
Online
readers can now expect to see more video and audio features to
compliment stories found in The Appalachian and our online version.
In addition, The Appalachian is excited to introduce a new blog feature available to all readers called Overheard at AppState.
Overheard at AppState is a space for students to post all of the spoken slip-ups they overhear on campus.
Ever passed a student walking into Welborn Cafeteria discussing their terrible case of Athlete’s Foot with joy?
Did the boy next to you ask the most annoying question on the first day of class?
Post it on Overheard at AppState.
Then be sure to check back to see if any of your latest verbal blunders have been posted.
The new look and capabilities of The Appalachian Online are part of a
continuing effort to provide diverse coverage to our readers.
