Americans likely spend more time online than they realize, but with so much information at their fingertips, the Internet provides easy access and answers to every question.
A 2007 online poll conducted by IBM found that 19 percent of Americans spend over six hours of each day online.
Here is a compiled list of what we are searching for today.
According
to Appalachian State University’s Google Analytics provided by Ann T.
Kiefert, the director of web communications, students are most
interested in dining services, sports and finding their way around
campus.
The top 10 searches by students since January 2007 that did not pertain to the university itself are:
