Props and flops continues as the NFL turns to one of its down weeks.

Seriously, just take a look at this schedule. Not too much in the way of competition for week five right?

Overall record to this point, 38-21

Last Week: 7-4

This week’s fantasy steal: Mohamed Massaquoi, WR, Cleveland Browns

With Derek Anderson cemented as the Brown’s quarterback, at least for now, Massaquoi should continue to be targeted in weeks to come.

What was the Brown’s third option at wide-receiver has suddenly been propelled to near number one production after posting 148 yards on eight receptions in a week four loss to the Bengals.

Star receiver Braylon Edwards’ pending legal issues do not hurt Massaquoi’s stock in the least.

On to the picks.

(H)Baltimore > Cincinnati

Props-Baltimore should still be undefeated, expect them to take that frustration out on the inconsistent Bengals.

(H)New York Giants > Oakland

Flops-So the Raiders have lost Darren McFadden for a couple of weeks, who exactly do they have on that team past him?

Dallas > (H)Kansas City

Flops-Chiefs’ head coach Todd Hailey has all the offensive weapons he could ask for, something tells me that the player/coach relationship in Kansas City just is not working.

(H)Carolina > Washington

Props-The Redskins beat Tampa Bay last week, I think congratulations are in order. Good job.

Minnesota > (H)St. Louis

Props-Brett Favre broke out against his old team on Monday night, suddenly there is confusion as to who is the star of this Vikings offense, that may not be a bad thing.

(H)Philadelphia > Tampa Bay

Flops-Tampa Bay’s secondary is the only one that has allowed Dallas’ Tony Romo an outstanding performance this year. With McNabb back for the Eagles, this one could get ugly early.

Pittsburgh > (H)Detroit

Flops-Rashard Mendenhall put together his first great game in two years last Sunday night. Until he does it again, I’m not buying.

Cleveland > (H)Buffalo

Props-Derek Anderson led the clueless Browns to a near upset of the Bengals, perhaps stability at quarterback is a recipe for success. Funny that.

(H)San Francisco > Atlanta

Flops-Michael Turner has been less burner and more bummer this season, until the Falcons run game becomes a threat again, Atlanta may struggle with a tough schedule to come.

(H)Arizona > Houston

Props-Bye weeks tend to help the older guys get back on track, just ask Brett Favre how that supposedly bum shoulder is holding up after skipping on Vikings training camp. Warner should be rested and ready to fight off the surging Texans.

New England > (H)Denver

Props-Denver is 4-0, who would have thought?

Jacksonville > (H)Seattle

Flops-Matt Hasselbeck just can not stay upright, it’s costing an otherwise solid team. Next year’s draft should bring a new quarterback to Seattle.

Indianapolis > (H)Tennessee

Props-If you thought Peyton Manning had been great up to this point, wait until you see him take Tennessee’s secondary for a spin.

(H)Miami > New York Jets

Flops-There is only one solid team in New York, with a bum running game and an exposed rookie quarterback, the Jets are not it.
